We Celebrate Women Who Move the World

In honor of Women’s History Month, Women’s International Day on 3/8, and our 2nd anniversary of virtual classes on 3/28, we celebrate women who move the world. Even though we don’t need an excuse to party, we thought it would be cool to honor women in our network. Check out the amazing ladies who are doing their part to move the world.

Anitra started her women’s empowerment brunch 3 years ago to provide women time to refresh while receiving information and resources to impact their mental, physical, financial and spiritual health. Her brunches are full of great conversation and guest speakers. The next brunch is on 3/12/22 and includes a lineup of financial, health, fitness, and mental health female panelists and vendors. Lynda Mallory | The Heart of Chat Collective

The Heart of Chat Collective is a brand, a business, and movement that brought together three women of color to help women live the life they desire. The podcast that Lynda, Shauna, and Jeanette produce and host is in its 2nd year. Check it out here. Lynda is also a member of Island Beats SHINE group and has been taking classes since April 2022.

Natasha is an artist who sheds light through her lyrics on current emotions or feelings. She’s big on positive affirmations self love and being true to YOU. Writing since she was 16, professionally recording since she was 18, and now mixing, engineering, and recording for 9 years, you can hear Natasha’s music frequently during Island Beats cool-down routines.
