With over 20 years of combined experience in Zumba® and a deep love for island rhythms, we’ve grown Island Beats® from a single class into a thriving brand—and now a movement.

What began as a simple belief—that moving your body can transform your life—has grown into a mission to inspire every woman we meet to embrace joy, energy, and confidence through this transformative power.

Through dynamic classes, events, and experiences beyond fitness, we reflect our passion for building vibrant communities where women can thrive.
